Firefox Add-on: Less Spam, Please – A Great Little Plug-in

Mozilla Firefox is an excellent browser and is more secure and quicker than Microsoft’s Internet Explorer. In fact, it’s the third piece of software I install on any new computer. One of the great features is the ability to add an incredible variety of plugins directly into the browser regardless of whichever operating system you are using. (In fact, I’m using the Scribefire plugin to write this blog post)

This plugin, named “Less Spam, Please”, is great for people who tend to register at a lot of sites and end up with mountains of spam in their inbox. It allows you to register with sites using a temporary email address. It then will take you to the inbox of this temporary address where you can confirm your email and then abandon the email address forever. It is especially useful for sites where trust may be an issue.

You can download firefox here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/personal.html
Once firefox is installed, you can add Less Spam, Please by going here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/207602/

Hopefully you will find this useful and if you have never used Firefox, hopefully you will install it. Future blog posts will focus on other excellent Firefox add-ons to increase your internet experience.
